Breakfast with orange juice, pancakes and also toast. Updated rooms and extremely spacious with a comfortable bed and lovely balcony and AC.

An incredibly beautiful and exceptionally comfortable hotel. Lovely view from my bright and tasteful room. The bedroom was comfortable and the staff lovely. Great location a 10-15 minute walking distance from Cathedral of San Gervasio. Also - near to Valladolid, a very authentic place until the tour buses return from the ruins and bomb the town square for a couple hours and the main square and bus/coletivos stations.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful hotel. The room we stayed in was stunning, and the tiny garden with a pool added a touch of tranquility to our stay. The shared kitchen was a great bonus, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel couldn't have been better, just a short walk from the central square. we had a wonderful experience at Casa Hipil and would definitely recommend it to others.

Units with breakfast included. The staff was great and the location was incredible - altogether a great experience. We were 500 feet away from Blondie's Snack & Coffee, that offered quick meals.

Location: the hotel was adjacent to Valladolid, a very authentic place until the tour buses return from the ruins and bomb the town square for a couple hours as well as In the center of the town so very easy to walk for restaurants. Loved the room with breakfast included, my bed was very comfy. The service was excellant with parking close to the property.

Thoroughly enjoyed spending my time in this fairly clean hip new hotel. The staff were excellent and extremely friendly all the time. The location was perfect, relatively close to Cenote Zaci. The bar was great.

The price for value was excellent, especially since we booked last minute and got a nice discount. The hotel was conveniently located close to the city center but away from the busy area, providing a peaceful atmosphere. The staff were incredibly supportive and helped us plan our day trip to Chichen Itza and cenotes. the bathroom was surprisingly spacious and clean, exceeding our expectations.
Our room was located right next to the reception and the thin door didn't offer much soundproofing. there was no window in the room, which may bother some guests, especially if staying for a longer period.
